Where can I see your products & prices?
All customers who would like to view our full catalogue of products must firstly open an account. Please select the “Open an Account” button on the home page and fill in all of the relevant details. We will then provide you with a Username and Password within 48 hours. This will allow you view the entire catalogue and purchase goods online.
All information supplied to Namesakes Global Ltd is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). As such it is held under the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to third parties.
Why is there more than one price displayed?
We provide a number of different prices. These include the smaller half set price, provided to enable new customers to test product lines. These often involve splitting full sets and therefore given at slightly higher prices due to the extra time taken to package the goods. We then offer our common set prices and occasionally an additional lower price for customers purchasing higher quantities.
Do you have a minimum order?
Generally we aim to take minimum orders of £150. When customers want small 'top-up' quantities of stock we will arrange this subject to the customer paying carriage.
What is the cost of shipping?
We have accounts with different couriers and always send any consignments as cheaply as we can. Please view our delivery page to give you an indication of these prices. In some instances we may need to weigh a consignment before sending it although we will always have a price agreed before we dispatch any goods.
Can we visit you?
We always welcome customers to visit us at our offices in Paignton. Our show room is still under construction although we can still show you all of our products and put together an order while you wait. Alternatively come and visit us at one of our up and coming trade shows - listed on our home page.
Do your prices include VAT?
The trade prices shown on the site do not include VAT. This is however added onto our trade prices on your final invoice
How long for delivery?
We always aim to get deliveries out as quickly as possible and all new customers that have paid prior to delivery will be given priority. During normal periods we aim to send orders out within 48 hours, always on a next day delivery service. However during busier trade show periods this may be slightly delayed, although we will always endeavour to do our best.
Are the products displayed on the website in stock?
All product lines shown on the website are in stock, unless any further information is provide. Goods will only placed on back order if we have a delivery date for them and then they will be forwarded onto you carriage free just as soon as we take delivery of them ourselves.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment, with the exception of America Express. We also accept cheques and BAC’s payments (bank transfers).We also provide a 30 day account facility subject 3 business references. This information can be included on the open an account form, alternatively give us a call and ask for a credit application form.
Is my payment secure?
Our payment system is fully secure and compliant with the data protection act. If however you prefer to call us with your credit card details you may do this instead. Just select the “send Cheque” option on the payment and given one of our staff a call with your relevant card details. We can then get card processed and the goods sent out to you straight away.
How are your orders packed?
All goods are packaged very carefully to ensure you don’t encounter an breakages. Majority of our products are packed in both inner and outer cartons and generally lined with bubble wrap.
What will happen if i have any damaged items or breakages?
We have had instances where couriers have mishandled boxes and breakages have occure. In these instances if you are able to inform us by means of letter or e-mail we either have the goods replaced or a credit issues. If you are also able to hold onto the goods for a week our couriers may Occasionally require to examine any breakages for compensation purposes.
What mark up should i use for my retail prices?
We find the majority of our customers multiply the wholesale price by 2.35 and 2.5 times. For example a product with a wholesale price of £0.85 would retail at £1.99. However we often provide very competitive product prices which allow for even higher profit margins.
